1.What are your opening times?

We are open all year round (apart from Christmas Day) from 9am until dusk with the latest booking at 8pm in the summer months.

2.How do I book?

We strongly recommend that you book online via our website as we cannot guarantee that there will be slots available if you just turn up. No payment is taken when booking and payment must be made when checking in for your round.

3.What is the maximum group size?

Up to six players can play per slot. This helps to avoid hold ups on the course and keeps everything moving. If there are more than six people in your group then you can just book adjacent tee times.

4.What if I need to cancel my booking or the weather isn’t looking great?

If you can no longer make your booking, please cancel or reschedule it by following the links in your confirmation email. We would be grateful if you could give us as much notice as possible so that the slot may be offered to another customer if appropriate.

5.How long does it take to play the course?

We estimate it takes around 45 minutes to an hour to play all 18 holes but this depends on the size of your group and how busy we are.

6.Do I need to have any experience to play?

No prior experience is necessary and the course is suitable for all ages and abilities. There are just a few simple rules that are printed on your scorecard.

7.Do you take bookings for parties?

Yes we do, please email events@theridge.co.uk for more details. If you just wish to book the Adventure Golf for a larger group you are free to book multiple adjacent slots.

8.Can children play alone?

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Non-playing adults will not be charged if supervising under-14s.

9.Do you sell food and drink?

Yes we sell hot and cold food and drink on site. We have Costa Coffee and a fully-stocked bar in our clubhouse. Please note that food of any kind, along with alcohol, is not permitted on the course.

10.Is the course wheelchair and pushchair accessible?

Yes the course is suitable for both wheelchairs and pushchairs. We also have disabled toilets and baby changing facilities. We welcome disabled groups but ask that you get in touch before booking so that we can allow sufficient time for your round and recommend quieter times so that no one feels under pressure!

11.Where do I park/check in?

We have plenty of parking at The Ridge, please park anywhere you can and follow the signs to Inca Island. During peak season, please check in for your round at the kiosk at the start of the course. In low season, please check in at The Golf Reception and then make your way round to the course.

12.Do you sell gift vouchers?
